## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Live Producer to lead the Live Service direction for FC Mobile.

As one of the largest sports entertainment platforms in the world, EA SPORTS FC is redefining football with interactive experiences.

The successful candidate will own the long-term Live strategy and product roadmap, working across Live Operations, Feature, Gameplay, Monetization, Community, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Own the Live Service strategy and roadmap

- Lead the Live Design team

- Build a strong seasonal and event framework

- Connect Gameplay, progression, events, and monetization

- Partner with various teams to align product priorities and execution

- Use player insights and data to improve the Live experience

- Support and mentor the Live Design team

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in Live Service/F2P mobile game design

- Strong understanding of long-term retention, progression, game economy, engagement, and monetization

- Proven ability to design and operate interconnected systems

- Strong product judgment and ability to translate player needs and business goals into clear product priorities

- Experience using data and player insights to drive product decisions and iteration

- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

- Passion for football and a strong understanding of football games, football fans, and the global football calendar
