## Description

The Analyst, Live Service is responsible for pre and post trade operational support for the London Stock Exchange and Turquoise markets.

The Live Service Team provides real-time, first-line operational support and middle office functions across both markets.

Key responsibilities:

- Support extended-hours trading operations and incident management

- Undertake Market Recovery actions for both London Stock Exchange and Turquoise markets

- Provide real-time support of market activities across LSE and Turquoise Equities Markets

- Identify and minimize risks of pre and post trade operations

- Manage and maintain real-time static and dynamic instrument and reference data

- Act as first-line operational support for clients

- Collaborate effectively across products, teams, and business areas

- Desk coverage is from 6.00 am to 2 am (Manila Time) covered by three separate shifts

- Some weekend and bank holiday coverage required

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role supporting financial clients with proven customer service skills

- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines whilst under pressure

- Ability to work flexibly across extended trading hours

- Knowledge of equities and financial markets
