## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager - BIL to join our team in Bangalore, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the acquisition of target clientele across business instalment loan segments, building and strengthening a strong network of direct sales agencies in the market, and driving new business acquisition through the open market.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and managing a network of at least 10 Direct Sales Agencies (DSAs)

- Driving new business acquisition through the open market

- Strong DSA management and new DSA empanelment

The ideal candidate will have:

- In-depth knowledge of products and policies

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows

- Market knowledge and understanding of competition
