## Description

We are seeking a passionate, accomplished, and empathetic Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bowlers Community Nursery in Islington. As an Early Years Teacher, you will provide excellent leadership for our provision, guiding and advising on high-quality practice to ensure the best possible outcomes for all our children.

The nursery caters for 30 children aged between three months and four years, and we prioritize the personal, emotional, and social development of our children through learning and play. Our modern, tailor-made building and spacious garden area provide an ideal setting for children to grow and develop.

As a qualified Early Years Teacher, you will be expected to:

- Lead and be accountable for high-quality practice and provision for under 4's

- Undertake the role of joint SENCO to identify children in need of additional support

- Assess staff strengths and weaknesses and guide them towards appropriate training and self-development

- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

## Skills

### Required
- Early Years Teacher Training Qualification (EYT)
- Level 3 safeguarding training
- Excellent knowledge of key legislation related to childcare and education
