## Description

Join Leidos as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) in Bahrain, supporting active-duty military members and their families. As a BSR, you will provide key beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

**Responsibilities:**

- Verify benefits and enrollment using systems like Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.

- Process Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes following Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines.

- Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims to beneficiaries in person and over the phone.

- Provide basic claims status updates and support.

- Conduct informational briefings for various events.

- Manage daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) information in applicable systems.

- Assess and escalate issues as needed for proper resolution.

- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.

- Collaborate with team members and support remote work.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or GED.

- U.S. Citizenship.

- Eligible to obtain an ID card for NSA Bahrain.

- Eligible for ADP IT III clearance.

- 3+ years of customer service experience.

- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), DOES, and MHS Genesis.

- Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery, medical environments, or civilian healthcare systems.

**Salary:** $32,000 annually.
