As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you will be a key leader supporting the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**

### Management

- Work effectively with store management and store crews

- Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities

- Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews

### Customer Service

- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints

- Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers

- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience

- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

### Merchandise/Presentation

- Price merchandise

- Stock shelves

- Execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise

- Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise

- Reset departments following planograms

**Requirements**

- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills

- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and to work overtime as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience as a retail supervisor

**Education**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours** 37.5

**Time Type** Full-time

**Pay Range** $19.00 - $28.00
