## Description

Join the team at the Holiday Inn Dulles as a Room Attendant, responsible for cleaning guest rooms to high standards and providing excellent service.

The Hospitality Group operates a portfolio of over 20 business class hotels with top brands.

### Responsibilities:

- Ensure cleanliness and necessary amenities in guest rooms.

- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests.

- Follow health regulations and Holiday Inn quality standards.

- Assist with guest requests and provide timely service.

- Work as a team player and contribute to other departments as needed.

- Ensure a clean and safe work area, adhering to regulations.

- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues.

- Use chemicals safely and follow emergency procedures.

- Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties efficiently.

### Required Skills and Experience:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.

- Attention to detail and customer-focused with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.

- Significant bending required.

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
