## Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for developing scalable applications and services using appropriate technologies, contributing to the design and implementation of functionalities that the team develops while ensuring code quality and adherence to engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop scalable applications and services using appropriate technologies

- Hands-on development, taking ownership of assigned tasks and features

- Plan and deliver work in collaboration with the team

- Ensure product observability is in place for reliability

- Follow security best practices in product development

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI-powered features into core applications

- Develop and enhance systems that mitigate hallucinations and improve AI reliability

- Experience building or integrating agentic frameworks and AI-driven automation for process enhancement

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in software design and development

- Hands-on experience with JVM-based technologies, specifically Java and Kotlin

- Understanding of building robust, scalable systems

- Experience with Agentic AI, LLM integration, and AI-driven automation

- Java and Python skills

- Microservices Architecture experience

- Spring Boot or Micronaut experience

- AI / LLM Integration experience

- AI Reliability & Automation experience

- Messaging Systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Databases experience (NoSQL and SQL-based)

- CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)

- Unit and Integration Testing experience

- Cloud Services experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Containerization and Orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Monitoring & Observability experience (Grafana, ELK Stack, Prometheus)
