## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team at Target. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests.

**Pay Information:**

- Warehouse Associate roles start at $21.00 per hour, with a pay range of $21.00 to $23.25 per hour.

- Warehouse Worker roles start at $23.60 per hour, with a pay range of $23.60 to $26.21 per hour.

- You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Seasonal & Permanent Positions (terms and conditions apply).

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.

- Ensure accurate processing of merchandise.

- Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory.

- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.

- Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time.

- Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement.

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

**Requirements:**

- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

- Accurately use basic math skills and read labels, tickets, and product documentation.

- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.

- Good written and oral communication skills.

- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency.

**Additional Requirements for Warehouse Worker:**

- Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely.

- Work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable.
