## Description

Join WGU as a Program Mentor and play a vital role in supporting students' academic progress and success.

As a Program Mentor, you will be responsible for:

- Providing direct, comprehensive support, coaching, and guidance to a group of assigned students

- Monitoring students' progress and offering proactive support and outreach to those who need it

- Using technology-based teaching and communication platforms to aid students in their academic progress

- Collaborating with other professionals within the university to promote a positive, student-obsessed atmosphere

- Maintaining knowledge within your assigned college

Requirements:

- Master's degree

- Current RN license

- Minimum 3 years of experience providing student support, mentoring, coaching, and/or instruction

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong experience with distance education and distance learning students

- Coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC/MCC or similar)
