## Description

We are seeking an IMG KDC Analyst THA Operation to support our KD/Export Warehouse operations in Rayong, Thailand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Supporting KD/Export Warehouse operations from inbound receipt through warehousing, deconsolidation, kitting, vanning and shipment activities

- Implementing Ford Safety requirements and standards

- Coordinating with customers, LLP, freight forwarders, shipping lines and suppliers

- Monitoring customer schedules and supporting timely delivery of KD kits

- Managing inventory and ensuring Free Trade Zone customs compliance

- Conducting inventory cycle counts and variance reconciliation

- Verifying export packaging and container loading compliance

- Supporting receiving, repacking, kitting, consolidation, container stuffing, haulage and customs clearance

- Coordinating shipment documentation with Taxation, GTS and Customs teams

- Supporting new program launches, model changes and new Trading Company launches

- Investigating and resolving claims

- Monitoring KPI performance and assisting continuous improvement initiatives

- Supporting cost reduction and container utilization improvement actions

- Supporting internal and external audits

- Verifying billing invoices and supporting payment processing

- Supporting digitalization initiatives including Power BI, Power Automate, RPA and IoT

The ideal candidate will have:

- A strong understanding of warehousing, KD operations, logistics and supply chain

- Knowledge of inventory management, shipment methods and export operations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and related analytical tools

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience in the automotive industry

- Knowledge of Ford systems and customs processes

- Experience with automation and digital technologies
