## Description

Join the Engineering team at Heathrow Airport Limited as a Technician - Track Transit System & Pods. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and optimising the specialist equipment that keeps airport operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both planned and corrective maintenance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, project delivery, and asset replacement programmes that enhance operational efficiency and resilience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and optimise Heathrow's Track Transit System (TTS) and Driverless POD System

- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance to ensure assets operate safely and reliably

- Diagnose faults and performance issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions

- Maintain accurate records, including asset maintenance histories

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and champion continuous improvement

**Requirements:**

- Recognised multi-skilled, module-based NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant mechanical and electrical engineering discipline

- Full UK driving licence

- Strong hands-on experience in an engineering environment

- Analytical thinking and sound problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritise in a complex and fast-paced setting

- Salary: starting from £46,345-£49,584

- Shift allowance: £6,624

**Shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off**
