## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Operating in a high-demand environment, adapting to busy periods

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness

- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues

- Being flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business

**Work Pattern:** Sunday 10:00-14:00 Monday 06:00-12:30 Wednesday 06:00-13:00 Thursday 06:00-14:00

**Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.**
