## Description

We are seeking a Client Solutions Associate Korean Speaker to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Client Solutions Associate, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-month training program to prepare you for a client-facing FinTech role. You will work with clients such as Investment Managers, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and Wealth Managers across Hong Kong and North Asia.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep knowledge base across our business, products, and clients

- Communicate with impact in person and over video calls while mastering presentation and public speaking skills

- Ask effective questions to gather information, uncover needs, and create solutions

- Define key industry terms and concepts important to FactSet’s clients

- Use advanced product knowledge to identify and implement solutions specific to client and user workflows

- Manage a group of accounts, ensuring healthy relationships and maximum value from FactSet software

- Customize solutions to fit individual client workflows

- Demonstrate product lines to clients and provide software training

- Visit clients regularly to provide face-to-face support, training, and build strong relationships

- Work on longer-term projects with clients to enable them to get value out of the FactSet product suite

- Provide creative solutions to client questions and problems

- Answer day-to-day client queries and provide complex solutions through our helpdesk

Requirements:

- Business-level Korean and English required, Mandarin a plus

- Fresh graduates or finance professionals with less than 5 years of working experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Economics preferred

- Background or strong interest in Finance or FinTech industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills

- Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and databases
