## Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and basic electrical systems. You will accurately diagnose equipment before recommending repairs or replacement. You will perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. You will explain repair options to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner. You will complete service documentation using ServiceTitan. You will maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area. You will deliver exceptional customer service on every call. You will follow all company safety standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

- Comfortable using electrical meters, manometers, refrigerant gauges, and combustion analyzers

- Ability to diagnose systems before replacing parts

- EPA Universal Certification required

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

- NATE Certification

- Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems

- Experience using MeasureQuick or similar diagnostic software

- ServiceTitan experience

- Boiler service experience
