## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Liverpool One, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving growth

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and able to work well under pressure. As a team player, you'll be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Working hours:

- Sunday: 13:00-19:00

- Monday: 15:00-22:00

- Friday: 14:00-18:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
