## Description

Tavily, part of Nebius, is the web access layer for AI agents. As a Senior Product Manager, Search Infrastructure, you will own the infrastructure as a product, setting the quality bar and release criteria for search, and shaping the direction of the index.

Responsibilities:

- Set the quality bar and release criteria for search

- Own the depth, latency, and cost tradeoffs across search products

- Shape the direction of the index

- Build a point of view on where search infrastructure is going

- Work with customer success and customers to understand where results fall short

- Partner with data and vertical product owners on corpus and results

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience with high-scale search or ranking systems

- Background as an engineer, ML engineer, or researcher on a production system

- Direct experience shipping a search or ranking change end to end

- Strong data foundation and product judgment

- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval
