## Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of financial products and build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide independent, needs-based advice on a wide range of financial products

- Build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact

- Take responsibility for caring for customers in your branch

- Work closely and trustfully with your branch team

- Organize your working day independently and be a competent contact person for customers on all financial matters

**Requirements:**

- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds

- Successful commercial training - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales

- Quereinsteiger with a passion for working with people are welcome

- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions

- High interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
