## Description

You will build trusted, science-led relationships with healthcare professionals across Kolkata. You will share clear, accurate information that supports better patient care. You will design and deliver a territory plan shaped by customer insight and local needs. You will work closely with colleagues across medical, commercial and access teams to solve local challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.

- Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.

- Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.

- Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.

- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.

- Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Kolkata.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales or territory roles.

- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.

- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.

- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work.

- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in Kolkata.

- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
