## Description

We are seeking a Junior Waiter to join our team at JW Marriott in Hong Kong.

As a Guest Service Expert, you will take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure that our guests have a memorable and unique experience. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to our guests

- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests

- Clean work areas and supplies

- Manage the menu, read and visually verify information

- Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Less than 1 year related work experience

- No supervisory experience

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
