## Description

Agile Dev Team Members have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality. They provide guidance, mentorship and training to direct reporting staff.

As an Agile Dev Team Member IV with primarily a development discipline, you will provide technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhere to coding standards. You will ensure systems are architecturally sound, high in code and component quality, and are easily modified to support future requirements.

As an Agile Dev Team Member IV with primarily a testing discipline, you will ensure the end product meets the business acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements. You will define and execute tests early, often, and at multiple levels depending on your level of experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Interpret customer needs and contribute to system design

- Break down features and write/refine user stories

- Execute Test-Driven (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

- Perform broad and detailed impact assessments

- Support implementation activities, troubleshoot issues and provide training

- Collaborate with the Product Owner to confirm code and acceptance tests

Requirements:

- SAFe certification

- Experience with IBM Cognos ICM/Varicent, SSIS, Harvest, GitHub and CA-7 Scheduler

- Knowledge of Java web applications and SQL Server

- Familiarity with MS Office and P&C Insurance
