Microsoft AI are looking for an Analytical Lead who is driven by data and its potential to influence business strategies and produce tangible results. As an Analytical Lead, you will generate insights and recommendations that directly benefit our clients, enhancing their business performance and opening up new investment avenues on our Microsoft Advertising platform.

## About the Role

As an Analytical Lead, you will be responsible for applying data analysis techniques to drive business decisions and improve client outcomes. You will work closely with internal and client teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Your role will involve synthesizing industry knowledge, digital marketing expertise, and advanced analytical methods to craft compelling data stories that sway decision-makers using visualizations and narrative techniques.

## Accountabilities

- Conduct in-depth market research across pharmaceutical and simulation sectors, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and partnership opportunities that directly inform the company's quarterly strategic planning sessions

- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve client outcomes and drive business growth

## The Candidate we're looking for

**Experience:**

- 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

**Technical skills:**

- 2+ years experience using tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, R, SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets

**Personal attributes:**

- Dynamic and creative critical thinking skills, with an ability to think outside of the box
