## Description

As the Lead Producer in EA SPORTS FC, you will lead the program responsible for delivering on the customized play and self-expression experiences franchise goals.

You will drive alignment with other development leaders and partner teams to drive its successful execution. You will report directly to the Production Director of FC Premium Foundations.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the vision and establish roadmaps for customized play and self-expression experiences aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS FC and EA.

- Use insights to establish goals to focus ideation and spur creativity across the scope of the program.

- Partner with licensing, brand, legal, and other central teams to determine goals and end-to-end requirements that are critical to the success of the program.

- Partner with production, product management, art, design, and engineering leads to deliver on expectations and to improve communication and coordination.

- Partner with the development directors to manage the program schedule and milestones deliverables.

- Establish the OKRs for your program that align with the organizational and franchise KRs.

Qualifications:

- You are an experienced Producer or Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in game production roles, tenured with building products from creation to live services.

- You have a track record leading 30+ people teams.

- You have passion for pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.

- You use data and insights to inform decision-making, planning, and road mapping.

- You are a master of influence and an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.

- You are able to navigate ambiguity and proactively transform unknowns into actionable solutions.
