As a Systems Administrator Senior, you will be responsible for activities related to system administration, assigning personnel to various projects, directing their activities, and evaluating their work. You will ensure long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, configure, and ensure the integrity of computer software

- Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance

- Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks

- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems

- Manage IT system infrastructure and processes

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution

- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems

- Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree

- 12+ years of related experience

- In-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems

- Ability to provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers

- TS/SCI security clearance level

- US citizenship required

- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification

- IAT III 8570/8140 Baseline Certification CISSP, Security X or equivalent

- Computing Env: MSCA 2016, Microsoft Azure Administrator or equivalent
