## Description

The Supply Planner will be responsible for finished goods planning for an assigned business portfolio to achieve target service levels within inventory and cost objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end planning processes for demand-supply alignment with all stakeholders of assigned divisions.

- Engage continuously with business teams to identify possible demand fluctuations early and ensure seamless information flow into supply planning and fulfillment teams.

- Determine replenishment needs based on demand forecasts and execute timely purchases.

- Collaborate with vendor and intercompany teams for order status and shipments.

- Define planning parameters, maintain master data in the system, and manage supply variabilities.

- Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, reallocating existing inventory, and establishing safety stock parameters.

- Work closely with imports, warehouse, and customer service teams to meet target order fill rates.

- Collaborate with Demand Planners and the Manufacturing team to resolve demand and supply-related constraints.

- Monitor receipts and transfers to ensure timely delivery and availability of product.

- Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated supply plans.

- Communicate supply status and potential risks proactively while leading issue resolution.

- Conduct root cause analysis of KPIs and drive improvement plans.

- Focus on OTIF, backorder reduction, finished goods inventory management, and obsolescence metrics.

- Participate actively in S&OP and new product launches.

- Excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience:

- MBA or bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or business.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations.

- Experience in supply planning and inventory management.

- Proficiency in supply chain principles and S&OP.

- Data modeling, data visualization, reporting, and data analysis using Power BI.

- Knowledge of LLS methodologies and SAP system skills preferred.
