## Description

We are seeking a National Business Development Spirits professional to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for delivering key financial targets such as NSV, OP, OCC, and market share.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver key financial targets such as NSV, OP, OCC, and market share

- Lead the business performance of distributors

- Effectively lead, plan, direct, motivate, train, and measure the business delivery of distributor organizations

- Anticipate constantly evolving business trends to improve performance and mitigate risks

- Lead the negotiation of commercial arrangements with distributors, including rolling forecast sales, credit management, and trade spend management

What we are looking for:

- 10-15+ years of customer sales experience, ideally in a FMCG environment, with the ability to build relationships with customers and proven negotiation skills

- Experience in engaging cross-functionally with senior leaders and previous responsibility for deploying and managing meaningful financial budgets

- Highly numerical with experience in developing profitable customer propositions and a comprehensive understanding of key commercial measures

- Ability to structure and present compelling commercial propositions with excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
