## Description

Join Control Risks and become part of a fast-paced Global Security Operations Center protecting the people and operations of a leading global technology company.

We’re looking for driven GSOC Operators who thrive in dynamic environments and want hands-on experience with security technology, real-time incident management, and global security operations.

You’ll play a critical role in identifying potential threats, coordinating responses, and helping keep employees and facilities safe.

### Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and other security technologies to identify and escalate potential threats.

- Evaluate developing incidents in real time and coordinate timely responses with security partners and key stakeholders.

- Create accurate, detailed incident documentation to support operational awareness and continuous improvement.

- Help execute security protocols and procedures supporting a safe and secure workplace.

- Build your expertise through regular training on security technology, emerging threats, and incident response.

- Work alongside cross-functional partners to strengthen security operations and improve response capabilities.

### Requirements

- 0+ years of experience in a GSOC, security operations center, corporate security environment, or similar setting.

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, History, Security Studies, or a related field preferred, but not required.

- Interest in security operations, incident response, emergency management, and security technology.

- Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in fast-moving or high-pressure situations.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and professionally.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess developing situations and manage multiple priorities.

- Comfortable learning and using CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, incident management, and other security technology platforms.

- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and continuously develop security operations knowledge.

- Capability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
