## Description

As a Sales Manager II at Swiggy, you will own the acquisition and engagement of single-outlet independent restaurants across an assigned city.

You are the primary touchpoint for these restaurants,learning their business, understanding their challenges, and building a partnership where you help the restaurant partner directly drive their growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners

- Conducting in-person visits, product demos, and ROI analysis

- Consultative selling and positioning Swiggy's products as solutions

- Managing the full lifecycle of restaurant partnerships

- Tracking adoption metrics and troubleshooting issues

- Owning revenue targets within your territory

- Staying updated on restaurant trends and local market dynamics

Qualifications:

- 0-2 years in B2B sales, field sales, or business development

- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Comfort with data, especially Excel

- Post-graduated preferably in marketing or sales
