As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role in our family, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

**Essential Functions:**

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.

- Focus on customers with a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help when needed.

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks.

- Support opening and closing store activities when needed.

- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they're fully stocked and operational.

- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.

- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least 16 years of age.

- Physical Requirements:

- Remain upright on your feet for sustained periods.

- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly.

- Visual Acuity - close visual acuity to perform activities like viewing a computer terminal and reading.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 15 hours

**Time Type:**

- Part-time

**Shift Flexibility:**

- Monday: 4 pm - 9 pm

- Tuesday: 4 pm - 9 pm

- Wednesday: 4 pm - 9 pm

- Thursday: 4 pm - 9 pm

- Friday: 4 pm - 9 pm

- Saturday: 11 am - 9 pm

- Sunday: 11 am - 9 pm

**Weekend Shift Frequency:**

- Every other weekend required.

**Pay Range:**

- $15.00 - $18.00
