## Description

Join TransPerfect as an Account Manager in London, UK. As a key member of our team, you will develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Develop an effective understanding of TransPerfect's services, benefits, and competitive advantages

- Identify prospective customers and focus on sales activities

- Develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, and trade shows

- Work with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities

- Promote and educate clients about TransPerfect's services

- Provide customer support and manage client expectations with the Production Management Team

- Manage pricing and contractual issues by understanding company procedures

- Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide high-level service

- Perform other special projects or duties when required

**Essential Skills and Experience:**

- Interest in or previous experience in Strategic Business Development

- Ability to build and maintain relationships

- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English

- Good analytical skills for projecting revenues, monitoring budgets, and other necessary calculations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems, and commit to a high level of service
