## Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) Device Repair team. You will lead cross-functional teams in developing NPI programs for Microsoft hardware products, such as Surface and Xbox.

Your mission will be to shape the future of repairable devices and service offerings, ensuring great customer experiences through repairable designs, warranty service, and repair experiences.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide technical leadership for NPI, focusing on repairability and service

- Manage risk, identifying and mitigating potential issues

- Drive product launches, coordinating development, planning, and execution

- Collaborate on field repair strategies with hardware development teams

- Manage COGS budgets in collaboration with finance and business teams

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related area

- Experience with Microsoft hardware products or similar high-volume consumer electronics

- Experience in hardware service business, implementation of repair and spare parts

- Proven record of leading teams and delivering successful product launches

**Salary Range:** The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year. In specific locations, such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $160,200 – $261,000 per year.
