## Description

We are seeking a Clearing and Settlement Analyst, AS to join our team in Jaipur, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the production and process of Trade Services Business. You will be expected to possess complete knowledge of core and cross-trained processes, including Settlement-Matching/Fails/Instructions/Registered Shares/Confirmation, Cancellations, Reconciliation, Transaction Reporting, or Trade Investigation.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure functions are fulfilled to agreed standards and timescales using appropriate tools and techniques

- Facilitate efficient and effective MIS Reporting and Exception Handling

- Provide support to the Manager and act as a point of reference for team members, management, and other concerned parties

- Strong element of team support, interpersonal, management, and customer relations' skills

- Excellent personal organisation and prioritisation skills are required with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities

Your key responsibilities:

- Domain knowledge of the processes and involvement in daily production

- Reporting to the client and management

- Timely escalations of exceptional issues to internal management

- Ensuring service levels are met and striving to exceed service levels

- Coordinating with the training team and Senior team members to ensure documentation, processes, and procedures are accurate and up-to-date

- Planning and managing training and ensuring staff are adequately trained

- Ensuring ongoing coaching of team members and personal development plans are in place for all team leaders and members

- Ensuring productivity processes are robust and striving to improve productivity

- Managing the quality control process within the team and driving continuous improvement in quality

- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on operational issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievements

- Promoting awareness of the Escalation Matrix within the team and ensuring adherence

- Owning the allocation and prioritization of all work and reviewing and reallocating work as necessary

Your skills and experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate

- Good communication skills (English and German language specialist)
