## Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations - Technology team. As a Senior Salesforce Admin, you will manage and scale our Commercial Salesforce Org, evolving our Sales Cloud solution to enable our Commercial teams to scale effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Make Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports, and dashboards

- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience and market best practices

- Help create the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders

- Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders

- Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

- Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

- Handle user support tickets

- Identify underutilized platform features, monitor and improve user adoption

- Create technical documentation

Requirements:

- Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud

- Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security, and authentication

- Basic understanding of Triggers Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services, and APIs

- Strong background in identifying and gathering requirements, translating into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience

- Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth

- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcomes

- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams

- Experience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations is a plus
