## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at West Hampstead Foodhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products and make recommendations

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, particularly during peak periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 19:30-23:30

- Monday: 19:30-23:30

- Thursday: 19:30-23:30

- Friday: 19:30-23:30

- Saturday: 19:30-23:30

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- The role involves working late nights, so applicants must be over 18 years old

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
