## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Craigleith Simply Food store. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

**Job Details:**

- Work pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 21:00-05:00

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Salary: Not specified

**Responsibilities:**

- Stock management: You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind-the-scenes work

- Digital skills: Being digitally confident is essential; you’ll use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Teamwork: Being a team player is essential; you’ll work across functions and support colleagues across the store

- Flexibility: You’ll work across the wider store where needed, adapting quickly to keep things moving

**Requirements:**

- You must be 18 years or older due to health and safety legislation

- Flexibility and adaptability are vital

- Digital confidence is essential

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Benefits:**

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
