## Description

We are seeking a Dual Services Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery of the Security and Cleaning teams at a high-profile Shopping Centre in the heart of Bury Town Centre.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the contract in line with company policies and procedures, fostering excellent relationships with all parties on site, and ensuring high standards are achieved at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the delivery of the contract and ensuring all administration requirements of the client are met correctly

- Supervising and measuring night and pm activities

- Completing budget forecasts and managing all costs

- Providing professional support to the business and the client

- Conducting quality audits to ensure service delivery adheres to ISO9001 requirements

- Managing recruitment, induction training, and development of staff

- Ensuring strict compliance with GDPR and associated regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven leadership skills and ability to take responsibility

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to compile clear and concise written reports

- Budget management skills

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV license holder required
