## Description

We are seeking an Associate Director, MEP (Rail) to lead teams delivering Rail MEP Building Services for major Railway projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and prestigious projects in the world, including HS2, Network Rail, and Transport for London projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading Rail stations M&E design team

- Liaising with clients and contractors

- Coordinating with internal multi-disciplinary teams

- Working closely with M&E design team to resolve design issues

- Leading a team of M&E engineers

- Knowledge of Rail stations Mechanical, Electrical, and Public health systems

- Compliance with Building Regulations, Part L, and other MEP sustainable and Net Zero design requirements

- Realizing WSP's and client's net zero carbon commitments

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience leading MEPFC building services design team in Rail environment

- Qualifications meeting Chartership requirements with a UK Engineering Institution

- Understanding of HS2, Network Rail, and London Underground standards

- Experience working with M&E clients and contractors
