## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in a designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures.

- Build partnership relationships with customers.

- Plan and organize academic meetings or activities.

- Collect market and customer feedback through company management systems and other compliant channels.

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments.

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills.

- Execute new initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Requirements:

- University diploma in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field.

- Good English skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to self-motivate and manage pressure.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
