## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Eclipse Park, Maidstone. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Saturday: 11:00 - 17:30

- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:30

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various store areas as needed
