## Description

Maximize sales growth in a specified geographical territory, consistent with Company strategy and objectives. This role involves educating and informing physicians and hospital staff on the features and benefits of customer products to increase prescriptions and usage.

**Essential Functions**

- Achieve assigned activity goals and targets for the territory, with initial high-level supervision and coaching.

- Conduct sales interviews, plan pre-calls, and develop a self-analytical approach to identify learning areas.

- Promote and sell therapeutic products to general practitioners, healthcare providers, and professionals in the retail market.

- Identify target customers, maintain and analyze customer records within a specific geographical territory.

- Maintain records in reporting systems within required timescales.

- Utilize relevant software like Electronic Territory Management Systems and CRM systems to update records and report daily calls.

- Organize group events to optimize business while complying with legislation.

- Keep the Line Manager informed about competitor activities and market changes.

- Maintain up-to-date sales and technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas.

- Keep Company equipment safe and in good repair.

- Share experiences and ideas to assist with sales training of colleagues.

- Discuss, agree, and document assigned activities and targets with the Line Manager.

- Complete career development courses and additional training as required.

- Report identified Adverse Events according to process and guidelines.

- Project a professional image of the Company and adhere to the Pharmaceutical Industry's Code of Practice.

- Perform other assigned duties.

**Qualifications**

- High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years' relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of the Pharma Market and related procedures.

- Fluency in software operating systems such as MS Office and customer relationship management systems.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to conduct face-to-face presentations to customers.

- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

- Plans to obtain industry qualifications essential for a Medical Representative.

- Valid Driver's License in the relevant state.
