**Job Summary:** As a Junior Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of administrative contract or claims management, ensuring seamless experiences for our customers and building long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

- Administrative support for contracts and claims

- Support for sales teams

**Requirements:**

- Completed commercial training or equivalent

- Experience in commercial real estate insurance (desirable)

- Excellent organisational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office
