### Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to lead our Salesforce/nCino engineering team in Gurugram. You will own the technical direction of the platform, lead complex work, and be the main engineering contact for stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

- Lead integration modernisation: Move nCino integrations off MuleSoft onto direct integrations.

- Plan and lead nCino release upgrades, including impact analysis and rollout.

- Own production stability: Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and fixes.

- Deliver regulatory changes in nCino, such as Basel 3.1 requirements.

- Design and build integrations between nCino and other services.

- Lead data privacy work, such as record anonymisation.

- Enable standard nCino features instead of building custom code.

- Grow automated test coverage and improve CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.

- Keep technical documentation current and tidy up technical debt.

### Requirements

- 12+ years of Salesforce engineering experience, including 3+ years on nCino or similar.

- Hands-on skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Platform Events.

- Strong knowledge of the nCino data model and features.

- Experience with integration design, Salesforce security model, and DX.

- Proven technical leadership and communication skills.

### Nice to Have

- Salesforce and nCino certifications.

- Understanding of commercial lending products and processes.

- Experience with data warehouses and AI-assisted development tools.
