## Description

We are looking for a Solution Architect Salesforce to work with our clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and oversee their implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in delivering enterprise solutions or digital transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream programs.

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions on Salesforce or comparable platforms

- Lead enterprise-level architecture blueprints, multi-system integration strategies, and business capability mapping

- Embed AI-native tools and agentic solution concepts into delivery and customer workflows

- Manage executive stakeholders, communicate effectively, and lead cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery or digital transformation

- 1+ year of deep domain experience in a relevant industry vertical (e.g. pharma, insurance)

- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level architecture blueprints, multi-system integration strategies, and business capability mapping

- Proven experience embedding AI-native tools and agentic solution concepts into delivery and customer workflows

- Strong track record of executive stakeholder management, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership
