Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be aged 18 or over due to early morning working hours

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools effectively

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and potential full-time hours during peak periods

Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 05:00 - 09:00

- Monday: 04:00 - 08:00

- Friday: 04:00 - 08:00

- Saturday: 04:00 - 08:00

- Potential to work full-time hours during peak periods
