As a Technical Support Specialist, you will address client requests by coordinating campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring that Benevity aligns with each client's unique business goals.

A problem solver at heart, the Technical Support Specialist identifies and resolves underlying issues, proactively addressing client needs.

Responsibilities:

- Empower clients to fully leverage Benevity's products for their success

- Guide clients through reporting, configuration, and feature adoption to enhance their strategic outcomes and program growth

- Offer scalable solutions based on a deep understanding of our products

- Identify trends to improve our offerings

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders for swift, high-quality resolutions

- Support clients in the day-to-day management of their programs

Requirements:

- Experience in Client Support or Account Management

- Strong communication, analytical skills, and a client-centric approach

- Dedicated to delivering exceptional results

- Problem-solving mindset

- Technical proficiency, particularly with Access databases and HTML

- Continuous growth mindset

- Self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to influence through expertise and data
