## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Director, North American B2B Secular Shift – B2C Retail & Restaurants to drive growth in the segment through commercialization of solutions and value proposition.

The successful candidate will lead and execute the B2C Retail & Restaurants Secular Shift go-to-market strategy across North America, focusing on existing and new issuer partners and new distribution channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and executing the B2C Retail & Restaurants Secular Shift go-to-market strategy

- Engaging clients, identifying high-potential opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing deals

- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery

- Ensuring seamless execution of segment initiatives and adequate resources for success

- Supporting client-facing negotiations and leading or co-leading key deals

- Tracking and managing pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools

- Championing internal alignment across all product groups, Finance, Sales Excellence

- Developing and promoting SMB growth strategies and sales enablement materials

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic change agent with a deep understanding of POS and Invoice Payments in the B2C Retail & Restaurants Segment.

In terms of compensation, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
