## Description

Join G&W Roofing, part of the Bone Dry Roofing family, a trusted leader in the roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement industry. We are seeking a motivated Field Project Foreman to join our growing family in Florida!

As a Field Supervisor, you will supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. This supervisor role requires you to supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards

- Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors

- Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish

- Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed

- Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., roofing, gutters, etc.

- Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations

- Daily travel in the home market

- Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

- 1-3 Years of industry experience preferred

- Ability to work overtime as needed

- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
