## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the AI Platform team within the Infrastructure and Platform Services (IPS) group. The successful candidate will lead innovation and influence stakeholders across the company to develop and evangelize foundational enterprise AI capabilities.

The AI Platform team builds the foundational capabilities that power AI and machine learning across EA, including Core AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The team provides the underlying systems for data, compute, and features that enable teams to train and access models efficiently, deploy them reliably, and operate at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the end-to-end developer and practitioner experience across AI Platform capabilities

- Maintaining a clear product vision and prioritization framework

- Representing the AI Platform owner's perspective to influence IPS product teams

- Collaborating with engineering teams to shape the technical architecture and design decisions

- Defining governance policies and control points across AI Platform

- Setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to align stakeholders

- Influencing key decisions at the VP level and above

- Using metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product management/program management/software development

- 2+ years of product management experience building and shipping AI/ML infrastructure or enterprise AI tooling

- Experience defining product and functional specifications

- Experience integrating AI technologies to enhance product functionality and innovation

- Demonstrated results delivering large-scale enterprise solutions/services

- A platform mindset with an understanding of microservices architecture, REST and gRPC APIs, cloud technologies, and developer platforms

- Experience leading geo-distributed teams, partners, and cross-team leadership teams
