## Description

As an Operating Effectiveness Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group, you will lead cross-functional LSS projects end-to-end, drive Lean/Kaizen interventions, quantify and track benefits, improve quality across global claims adjudication, design/optimize QMS, apply advanced analysis, and coach/certify Green Belts.

The ideal candidate blends deep healthcare domain understanding with hands-on expertise in process excellence, change management, and stakeholder engagement across global, high-volume operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional LSS projects end-to-end

- Drive Lean/Kaizen interventions

- Quantify and track benefits

- Improve quality across global claims adjudication

- Design/optimize QMS

- Apply advanced analysis

- Coach/certify Green Belts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or related field

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ/IASSC or equivalent)

- 8-12 years total experience with 5+ years in healthcare BPO/RCM/payer/provider processes

- Proven track record delivering multiple high-impact projects with quantified benefits

- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling protocols

- Proficiency with statistical tools, BI, and Excel at advanced level
