## Description

Gusto is seeking a seasoned Paid Acquisition Manager to lead paid social and emerging acquisition channels. The successful candidate will own execution and day-to-day strategy for paid social and new channel tests, working within Gusto's demand generation framework.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok

- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and provide campaign pacing, forecasting, and budget-vs-actuals analysis

- Refine Gusto's paid acquisition measurement framework and attribution philosophy

- Lead creative strategy and testing at scale

- Serve as the team's expert on paid social and AI-powered marketing workflows

- Use AI tools consistently in daily workflow

- Identify, test, and validate new digital media channels and formats

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid social with integrated campaigns

Requirements:

- 7+ years of performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth consumer organisations

- Deep expertise in paid social and a track record of testing and scaling new channels

- Full-funnel ownership across major paid social platforms

- Strong creative strategy and testing instincts

- AI fluency and experience implementing AI-driven efficiencies

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation: $108,570/yr to $133,000/yr in Denver and Scottsdale, and $131,430/yr to $161,000/yr for San Francisco & New York
